About This Event:
Contemporary Based Choreography & Improv Camp This 5 day Contemporary based camp is geared towards dancers ages 10 - 14 years old with 3+ years of dance experience. Dancers will focus on the Contemporary style of dance, Acro, Ballet, Improv Techniques and Choreography. This is a great introduction to all aspects of Contemporary Dance. Dates & Times: July 29 - August 2, M-F 9:30 - 12:30 pm Showcase: At the end of this fun filled week, parents/caregivers are invited to join us Friday at 12:00 pm for a short showcase of what the dancers have been learning all week. What to bring: Water & Snacks What to wear: Comfortable dance clothes to move in, specifically tighter fitting clothing - shorts, leggings, leotards, tights, capris, sports bras, t-shirts, tank tops are all acceptable Shoes - Dancers will be barefoot for this style of dance We look forward to seeing your dancer at camp!
